Broadly speaking, our process includes the following steps:
- Intake of assignment. The DPSC Consultant, together with the client, will draw a profile of the function and associated skills, organization, employment benefits, etc;
- DPSC shall actively approach candidates. Network/file Search and search methods as used, in addition to identifying and approaching suitable persons at "target companies";
- After extensive competency based interview (where we use the STAR method) is determined whether there is a correct match between candidate and job. If both parties are positive about this, the candidate will be introduced to the client.
- DPSC is responsible for the coordination of interviews and collect feedback from both client and candidate. Candidate and client can also count on support in issues such as career planning and contract composition.
- Any rejections will be communicated to the applicant by DPSC.
- Even after the actual recruitment DPSC maintains contact with both client and candidate and identifies potential points of attention.
