Broadly speaking, our process includes the following steps:

• Intake; The DPSC Consultant discusses with you your CV and work experience and addresses your wishes and needs for a next career step.
• After extensive competency based interview (eg where we use the STAR method) is determined whether there is a match between you and a position we currently have in our portfolio and you will be introduced to our client.
• DPSC is responsible for the coordination of interviews and collect feedback from the client and yourself. During this process, you can count on support in issues such as career planning and contract composition.
• Even after the actual recruitment DPSC maintains contact with you and highlights potential points of attention.
