In the rapidly growing Defence and Security Practice they have an opening for a senior team member (Associate Partner or future Associate Partner) to manage new commercial opportunities and to drive growth.
Their client engagements in local, national and international government include projects, consultancy and solutions in Networked Enabled Capability and Net-Centric Operations (NEC and NCO), Open Source Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, Technology-enabled organisation transformation and modernization (component business modelling and service orientation), Case Management and Investigative Systems, ERP programmes (SAP DFPS, Deployed Server, Mobile Solutions), Programme and Architecture Management.
The team serves clients in the Benelux and, through collaboration with teams in other countries, a range of international clients. There is a strong international dimension to the consulting and solution development aspects of its work. The Benelux team is one of the leaders in developing and applying first-of-a-kind solutions and leveraging NCO solution assets.

We are looking for:

• a demonstrated track record in business acquisition, in offering and in successful delivery in significant consulting and solution engagements;
• deep industry knowledge of Defence;
• seniority and comfort in dealing with the client at senior / director level;
• a strong affinity with our Client’s solution and asset-centric approach to offering client value;
• the ability to match solutions and offerings to customer’s emerging and expressed needs;
• team spirit combined with business acumen.
• You will be fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of one or more of the application domains described above would be an advantage.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Defence Industry
• English: Fluent
• Dutch: Fluent

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Information Technology
